Gather your staff in the sleek and bright atmosphere the meeting room on the first floor of a hotel room Astridplein in the heart of Antwerp, opposite Central Station. This 125m² room is fully modular and can allow you to host 30 to 70 people. To ensure the smooth running of your presentations, the room is equipped with WiFi and a video projector. For your comfort, bottles of water and note pads will be given to each participant. To fit your needs, this room is available 7 days a week for a minimum of half a day.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
