The showroom has a Wifi access, video projector, projection screen, flipchart. The reception room also has a bar, a cloakroom and a reception area. This pop-up store is conveniently located. Public parking is in the basement (Parking 44) and public transport are nearby : bus and metro stations (Rogier and Botanique). The Congress station is 50 meters and the Brussels North Station and Brussels Central within 10 minutes by walk.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
