It is equipped with a table for 20 people (possibility to enlarge it to accommodate 24 people), a video projector, a flip chart, a white board, a WIFI connection and a break space. 50 people can be accommodated seated outside in an outdoor reception tent of 50m2 and enjoy the park of 4000m2. The interior is composed of 2 living rooms (36 and 48m2), a kitchen of 8m2 and an entrance of 20m2. The Ris-Orangis train station is a 7-minute walk away, so you can reach the manor house via the RER line D. The minimum rental period for this friendly and cozy space is half a day. This establishment offers you a range of catering options to be enjoyed directly on the spot on the day of your professional event. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
