Organize your next meeting, training or executive committee in this meeting room in a conference center in the center of Strasbourg. Ideally located in the center of the city, close to the train station, this room will allow you to work in excellent conditions. This room of 25 m2 can accommodate 16 people in a classroom setup and up to 20 people in theater. The rent of the room includes wifi, a white board as well as a paper board. You can ask for a computer or video projector for 40 € excl VAT. The room is air-conditioned and overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. The room is available for half a day or a whole day from 8.30 am to 5 pm during the week and from 9 am to 5 pm on weekends. The hall is a few minutes from the station away and the tram stop 'Faubourg National-Gare'.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
