The price of the room includes wifi, flipchart and TV. Coffee and water bottles are also available. The loft can be divided into three seperate rooms (a lounge, a meeting room and a break room). The room is available in the week for two hours, half a day or a whole day on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm, Tuesdays from 8am to 22am and Wednesdays from 8.30am to 11h30 am. The place is accessible by tram stop 'Triez'.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
