Ideally located, with natural light and solid wood flooring, the room has been fitted out with modular furniture to accommodate your business meeting, client meeting or training in a comfortable manner and with the necessary equipment for its smooth running. The workspace can accommodate up to 12 participants in a U-shape and is connected to another space through a door. It is equipped with a whiteboard, a paper board and a 55-inch TV screen. We can also provide a 75-inch touch-screen TV to bring an interactive dimension to your meetings. Finally, we offer equipment that allows for wide-angle recording and has a remote microphone in order to integrate videoconferencing into your meeting. We offer packages including breaks as a complement. The venue is a 15-minute walk from the train station and is close to a car park with over 800 spaces. You have the possibility to rent this room every day and 24 hours a day. Accessibility by metro Capitole (line A) and metro Jean Jaurès (lines A & B).

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
