Our loft is available for rent for the organization of an evening party, in Paris Grands Boulevards district. Located on the Bonne Nouvelle metro station, our event venue is available from 7pm to 1am every day. Our formula includes: The privatization of the place, the dedicated staff (head of the bartender rank, mixologist, cloakroom hostess), a cocktail reception, and alcoholic drinks. Possibility of artist entertainment at the Jamel Comedy Club on estimate and according to availability. Attention: This place is not intended to be a "festive" place, as a night establishment can be. We will ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighbours as if you were at home.

Changes without charges are possible up to 30 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 30 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 87.5% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 30 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
