We provide you with our Villeneuve-d'Ascq meeting room (opposite Décathlon Campus). With a maximum capacity of 20 people, our friendly and bright 42 m² room is ideal for training sessions, meetings, workshops/workshops... The rental of this space includes electrical outlets, chairs and tables if necessary as well as a flip chart (possibility of renting a video projector). The walls are white in order to project the different presentation media. Access: Close to roads and public transport, we are located opposite Decathlon Campus, which facilitates parking for a large group (4 parking spaces in front of the building are reserved for the nursing home) and the possibility of catering.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
