Very bright meeting room (natural light), located near Porte Maillot, ideal for team meetings, training, board meetings, interviews, webinars, etc. A 24 m² meeting room equipped with a large round table that can accommodate up to 12 people; each seat is equipped with a power strip (electric and 5V DCx2). An ideal configuration for press conferences or hybrid general meetings, video conferences, but also for the reconstruction of a TV set or the organisation of postcasts (studio), with the possibility of installing a technical control room in an adjacent room. The space has a very high speed WIFI connection with all the equipment needed to organise a webinar or a hybrid meeting: a 4K directional camera, 1 central microphone, 2 screens and the Zoom Meeting Pro licence. An additional fee of 150€ will be charged for the use of the Zoom Meeting Pro Licence and for the organisation of webinars, a quote will be sent on request. Flexible hours, possibility to book this room from 8am (8.30am - 6pm) Optional services: catering (breaks, lunch, afterwork, animations, facilitators ...).
