Very bright meeting room (natural light), located near Porte Maillot, ideal for team meetings, training, board meetings, interviews, webinars, etc. A 24 m² meeting room equipped with a large round table that can accommodate up to 12 people; each seat is equipped with a power strip (electric and 5V DCx2). An ideal configuration for press conferences or hybrid general meetings, video conferences, but also for the reconstruction of a TV set or the organisation of postcasts (studio), with the possibility of installing a technical control room in an adjacent room. The space has a very high speed WIFI connection with all the equipment needed to organise a webinar or a hybrid meeting: a 4K directional camera, 1 central microphone, 2 screens and the Zoom Meeting Pro licence. An additional fee of 150€ will be charged for the use of the Zoom Meeting Pro Licence and for the organisation of webinars, a quote will be sent on request. Flexible hours, possibility to book this room from 8am (8.30am - 6pm) Optional services: catering (breaks, lunch, afterwork, animations, facilitators ...). Global or partial organisation of your meeting, on request. A project manager can take care of the overall or partial organisation of your meeting.
Multiple-risk insurance ∙ The insurance covers all users for any personal injury, material and immaterial damages that may occur during a service provided by Bird Office.
Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
