This room will enable you to organise all types of events: seminars, study days, training sessions, meetings, conferences, team building days, corporate events, creativity sessions, breakfasts or team evenings for up to 15 people in theatre or cocktail format and up to 12 people around a table or 10 in a U-shape. Fully modular and very well equipped, this room can be adapted to most of your requirements: several tables and chairs (with or without writing table) to be arranged according to your wishes. It is located in a quiet and clean establishment, with access for people with reduced mobility. You also have access to a small shared kitchen, simply equipped (refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (capsule not supplied), coffee, tea, kettle, microwave ...), for your breaks in free access. The following facilities are available free of charge: Fibre optic internet, wifi, water bottle, pens, notepad, RJ45 plug and many other tools. Please let us know what additional equipment you may need. Others are not free of charge, such as: giant connected screen (8€ HT), video projector (5€ HT), computers (20€ HT/U), paperboard (15€ HT/U). Availability: Monday to Sunday: 8 a.m. - 8.30 p.m. The time slots shown are for information only. It is possible to adapt to your schedule as far as possible. Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
