Room bright and well equipped meeting in Avignon
We rent a square room of 28 m² with bay windows north and west, for meetings and training. This room has a video projection equipment and a large TV screen used to project documents or organize a videoconference. Rental includes access to a waiting room, pause breakfast room, a terrace and a kitchen. Possibility of coffee, tea, sweets, drinks and / or meals on request trays (not included in the room rental rate).

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
