Discover this seminar room with its modern and warm atmosphere, located in the heart of the city of Reims, just between the Reims train station and Notre-Dame Cathedral. The establishment is open from 8am to 6.30pm to welcome your employees. In order to best prepare your event, the room can be set up according to your needs. For example, it is possible to accommodate up to 40 people in the theatre or 23 people in cabarets, U-shaped or in the classroom. The minimum reservation time is 2 hours for this space, with a total surface area of 47m2. For the success of your gathering, equipment is at your disposal such as: a screen and its video projector, a flipchart and the possibility to ask upstream for a personalized signage to guide your guests!

Changes without charges are possible up to 20 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 20 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 20 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 65% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 20 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
