You can rent a conference room in Grenoble to organize your next small to medium sized professional event, in the heart of the Convention Center. The space can be arranged according to the number of participants and the typology of your event: seminar, training, convention, workshop,... All the technical equipment and small stationery you may need is at your disposal. The rental price also includes water, hot drinks and meals throughout your day. We are open during the week from 8 am.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 54% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
