Can I have the address of the room?

Once you have made your reservation for the rental of your space, and once our partner has received your deposit and validated your reservation request, you will receive the exact address of the place reserved directly on the email address provided in your customer area.

During your event you will need different equipment; a video projector, a sound system or a number of chairs to accommodate all your participants. To be sure to have all the equipment you need, don't hesitate to filter your search with the equipment criteria.

How do I make a claim?

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem during the rental of your meeting, seminar or conference room. In order to deal with your request in the best possible way, please send your complaint by e-mail to our team of advisors at support@bird-office.com within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of your event. In order to give us as much context as possible, do not hesitate to add evidence. We will process your request as soon as possible.
