Where can I find my invoice?

You can download your invoice directly in your customer area, tab my reservations. Choose the reservation(s) for which you need an invoice and click on the "download all invoices" button.

How do I change my account information?

Need to change any information? It's quick and easy, just click on the login button at the top right of the home screen and go to your customer area. Once connected you have access to all your personal information. Modify as you wish your contact information, bank details or billing information. For more confidentiality, if you need to modify your login information, including your connection e-mail, please send an e-mail to support@bird-office.com.

What is the status of my reservation request?

As soon as you make a reservation request, our partner does everything possible to let you know the availability of its spaces. Our team will then follow up with the partner. If you need a quicker response, please send us your request by e-mail to support@bird-office.com.
