Changes to your catering order can be made at any time by sending an email to support@bird-office.com. However, if you wish to avoid modification fees, it is best to make your change at least 10 days before the date of the event.

How do I cancel my reservation?

As each of our partners has different cancellation policies, you must send an email to support@bird-office.com to cancel your room and catering reservation. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation by return mail.

Can I bring my own catering?

Each partner venue has its own reservation policy. If you wish to bring your own catering, it depends on the chosen venue. To find out if the selected venue accepts, contact us at support@bird-office.com.
