How do I change my account information?

Need to change any information? It's quick and easy, just click on the login button at the top right of the home screen and go to your customer area. Once connected you have access to all your personal information. Modify as you wish your contact information, bank details or billing information. For more confidentiality, if you need to modify your login information, including your connection e-mail, please send an e-mail to support@bird-office.com.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you have to cancel a reservation, don't panic, it is possible. Since Bird Office partners do not offer the same services, cancellation conditions vary. This is why we ask you to contact one of our consultants directly by email at support@bird-office.com.

How long does it take to cancel a reservation?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your reservation at any time. However, if you want a refund, you must respect certain deadlines depending on the service; make the cancellation and refund request 15 days prior to the event for workspace reservations, and 10 days prior to the event for catering).

Any modification whatsoever may be subject to pricing depending on the partner, the service and the conditions of the modification.
