Do you prefer to pay your invoice after the event? This is possible if you are one of our customers who benefit from a framework contract and if you use Bird Office and its partners to organize your professional events throughout the year. Why was my reservation request denied when the slot was available on the calendar?

If our partners have the possibility to connect their calendar to Bird Office's one to propose you their availability calendar in real time, some prefer to manage the slots manually. If your reservation has been refused, it is quite likely that there is a discrepancy between the Bird Office calendar and the provider's calendar.
