How do I change my Bird Office login email address?

In principle, all your details can be changed directly from your customer area. With the exception of your login email address. In this case, please write to us at support@bird-office.com.

How do I add catering to my reservation?

You can order the catering up to 4 days before the date of your reservation. To do so, go to the "Catering" tab and read the menus offered by the venue by clicking on the room page. Then you just have to choose the dishes you want to add.

What are the terms of payment?

Bird Office offers three payment methods for room rental: credit card, bank transfer or direct debit. For all events taking place within 15 days, it is only possible to pay by credit card.

I have not received my refund. What should I do?

The refund to your bank account is made within 2 to 3 days depending on your bank. For bank transfers, you should allow 10 to 15 working days. After this period, do not hesitate to contact us at support@bird-office.com if you do not receive the funds.

Is it possible to plan activities?

Yes, it is possible to plan team building activities on site or virtually. For example, escape game, quiz, culinary workshop, DIY, etc.
