How do I change my reservation?

To modify your reservation, simply send an email to our support team at support@bird-office.com. A consultant will confirm the requested change at the address you entered in your customer area. Please note: changes for workspaces, more than 15 days before the event, will be free of charge but subject to availability.

I have not received my refund. What should I do?

The repayment period varies depending on the payment method. In principle, you should allow 2 to 3 days depending on your bank. In case of a bank transfer, the delay is 10 to 15 working days. After 15 days without receiving the funds, please contact us at support@bird-office.com.

I lost my password. What should I do?

Have you tried several passwords to try to log in but they don't work? Don't panic, just click on the "forgotten password" link just below the validation button. You will then receive an email to reset your password at the address you were asked to provide.
