All your contact information can be modified directly from your customer area. However, if it is necessary to modify your login and therefore your e-mail address, please send an e-mail directly to a Bird Office consultant at support@bird-office.com so that he can guide you through the process.

Do I have to make a deposit?

When you make a reservation, you may be asked for a deposit. Indeed, this varies according to the service provider, the amount of the reservation but also the method of payment selected at the time of the reservation. On which medium to connect for virtual activities?

Digital or phygital activities require the use of appropriate tools. Bird Office and its partners offer you new tools, which you can test before validation for the event. You can also choose tools that you are used to in your company (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc...).

Is it possible to pay by invoice after the event?

It is possible to pay for the service after the date of the event if you are one of our customers with a framework contract, i.e. a fixed-term contract during which you book various services with Bird Office.

During your event you will need different equipment; a video projector, a sound system or a number of chairs to accommodate all your participants. To be sure to have all the equipment you need, don't hesitate to filter your search with the equipment criteria.
