This large conference room is the perfect place to welcome your colleagues and partners and to make all your presentations a success. Located in the heart of Le Mans, this space of 35m2 can be adapted to your needs on many aspects. It is very well equipped with a wifi connection, a rest room, air conditioning and when a small break will be felt, coffees will be at your disposal. A team will also be available to accompany you during these meetings. By keeping a rectangular table, the room can accommodate 18 people. However, up to 40 people can enter this room if the furniture is removed, for example for a cocktail. Located in the heart of Le Mans, the room is a few minutes walk away from the tram stop "Préfecture" (line 2) and will therefore be easily accessible by public transport. Meetings may last 4 hours or longer.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
