It allows the organization of major events such as seminars, conferences or general assemblies. Many facilities will be at your disposal: a projection screen, video projector, paperboard, WIFI, disabled access and a white board. This reception room can accommodate from 50 to 200 people, the configuration of the room is at your convenience. Metro stops "Kléber" and "Georges V" are located a few minutes walk away. The minimum rental period for this room is half a day (4 hours). The hotel has catering options which allow you to have lunch directly on site. You can choose between a breakfast formula, 2 different menus at lunchtime, a prestige menu at dinner and various cocktails.

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 96.5% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 30 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
