Located in the heart of Paris in the 10th arrondissement, this 120m2 loft is the perfect place to organize your biggest professional events in a warm working atmosphere. Thanks to its ceiling glass pavilions and its huge windows the loft is incredibly bright. A WIFI connection, a paperboard, an equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas and a smoking area will be at your disposal. From 15 to 30 people will be able to attend the event according to the configuration of the space. Metro stops "Poissonnière" (line 7) and "Château d'eau" (line 4) as well as many bus stops are close to the loft. It's possible to rent the place in evenings from 7 pm to midnight.

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 74% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 30 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
