The space is equipped with all the necessary equipment for your meeting, including a WIFI connection, an RJ45 socket, a projection screen, a video projector, a paperboard and a screen. For your convenience, you will also have access to common areas (kitchen, dining room, relaxation and terrace). The room is available for at least two hours from Monday to Saturday. The property is about one hour from Le Mans by car.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
