The rental includes all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of your event: air conditioning, wifi, screen, overhead projector, flipchart, customer reception and welcome coffee. The property is close to Bierset Airport and close to major highways. The room is available for a minimum of two hours from Monday to Saturday.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
