The meeting room and available for rent from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 19h or earlier / later on estimate. We welcome you with a welcome coffee and bottled water at discretion. You can choose to benefit from an on-site catering service by reserving it from then on, as well as a multitude of equipment included, or in supplement on estimate (hiring of computers, multilingual administrative assistance ...)

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
