This Suite is the ideal room for medium meetings, conferences and events. The suite is decorated in a modern contemporary style with natural daylight and built in AV system including BOSE speakers and LCD projector with Screen. This room of 72.5m² is completely adjustable and can accommodate up to 50 people sitting in theatre or 60 people in cocktail. The room is equipped with wifi, a video projector, a flipchart or a projection screen. This room is available every day for half a day or a whole day from 6am to midnight. The location is close to Nottingham Station (6 mins by car) otherwise you have the 'Lace Market' tram stop which is a short walk from the hotel. Feel free to take a break in Victoria Park or St Mary's Rest Garden.

Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
