Located in the heart of Rouen, we offer this atypical space of 500m² to organize your professional events: presentations, conferences, corporate parties. The space can hold 70 people for a reception or cocktail party. In addition, it is well equipped: wifi connection, connected board, flipchart, projection screen, microphone and sound system. The room also benefits from daylight, air conditioning and access to a break area. The venue is open from 18:00 to 23:00.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
