For one day, we open the doors of a 130 m2 apartment on the courtyard, made available only for you. Privatize the premises and thus freely dispose of workspaces as well as living spaces. A kitchen equipped to have a coffee, a cosy lounge to relax or exchange and a dining room to enjoy yourself. The workspace is equipped with top-of-the-range equipment to increase efficiency. On the same level, you can enjoy the inner courtyard on sunny days. Because sharing something else is also about surprising, bringing people together or creating team cohesion, we offer you a range of teambuilding activities on classic or more original themes that we will enjoy co-leading with our partner service providers. Possibility to welcome groups up to 45 people in cocktail format on request only.

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 64% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 30 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
