Organise your next event in the heart of Paris, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, next to the Place des Fêtes. In this openspace, you can set up a conference, a seminar or a showroom. This 120m2 room is flexible and can be adapted to all your needs : 40 people around a table, 60 people seated and up to 150 people standing for a cocktail. With the rental of the room, you have the right to a whiteboard, a projection screen and wifi. It is also possible to book a video projector, a paper board and a video conferencing system. The room can be rented on weekdays from 8am to 10pm. Feel free to complement your event with a delicious catering package. The coworking space is ideally located in the 19th arrondissement, between the Place des Fêtes and Botzaris metro stations, a few steps from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
Multiple-risk insurance ∙ The insurance covers all users for any personal injury, material and immaterial damages that may occur during a service provided by Bird Office.

Your room has a video projector in working condition and of good quality. You can specify in the description if you provide or not the necessary adapters.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
