Our 700 sqm of meeting spaces are equipped with ultra modern conference technology, beamers, Internet broadband access, microphones and electronic screens. Our rooms have three simultaneous translation booths and an integrated lift for introducing a vehicle or other heavy equipment. Among our many rooms, our Belmonte space can be arranged according to your needs and any kind of professional event. Whether for meetings, trainings or seminars, we can arrange this room in central table, U-shape, classroom or theater. Its 156 sqm can accommodate up to 150 people seated and 160 as part of a cocktail. We warmly welcome you from Monday to Sunday, within our hotel located rue du Chatelain, in Brussels. Catering services such as breakfast, lunch, cocktails, coffee breaks and sandwich packages will also be available on site. To get there, go through the N24 or take tram 93 or 94 stop Bailli.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
