Located in what was once an industrial area, nearby the Brussels South Station, which became the international TGV Station, the building has taken place in a former century old wood machinery factory with rooflight shedding. The new design offers a quiet white space ideal for individual and small companies who like doing business in a creative atmosphere. This open meeting space offers natural light with its daylight and can accommodate up to 12 people. The price of the room includes a white board, a video-projector and coffee and water will be put at your disposal for your comfort. The room can be booked in the week for 2 hours, half a day or a whole day from 8.30 am until 8pm.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
