Located in what once was an industrial area, nearby the Brussels South Station, which has become the international TGV Station, the building has taken place in a former century old wood machinery factory with rooflight shedding. The new design offers a quiet white space ideal for individual and small companies who like doing business in a creative atmosphere. The booking includes for example wifi, un white board and a video-projector. Coffee and a water bottle will be offered to you for your comfort. The room can be booked for two hours, half a day or a whole day in the week from 8.30am to 8pm.

Changes without charges are possible up to 15 days before the booked date. Not changeable within 15 days before the booked date. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the booked date, cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 20 € excluding VAT. Less than 15 days before the booked date, the total amount of the booking is due.
